Celebrating 150 years in 2002 since its foundation, ASCE is still a great organization for its members and civil engineering. Through the Mizzou Student Chapter, you will have an opportunity to develop your career through association with other civil engineering students, the faculty, and active members in the profession.

The benefits are endless. You have the chance to join one of the four competition teams and practice classroom knowledge through hands-on-experience with design and fabrication. You also get the opportunity to network with other students across the Midwest at conferences. Once a national member (free) you can take part in career services, breaking news in the field, and other benefits by simply registering nationally.

Our chapter stays involved through service projects, social events, and monthly meetings. Meetings usually consist of new and old business, competition team updates, and a presentation by a professional about their job and company.
